Graeme is a creative director with 20+ years of experience, providing high-level creative and technical leadership that aligns with your business goals. He’s worked with brands like Nike, the NBA, Snapchat, Smartsheet, eBay, Hilton, boohoo, Gymshark, the BBC, the NHS and Sky. Graeme’s greatest strength is his ability to identify digital pinch points and use his knowledge of design and code to conceptualise beautiful custom solutions that humans love to use.
Kayleigh THOMAS
director, Northamptonshire, England
Kayleigh has been a director of Thomas Grey Creative Solutions since November 2016. She makes high-level decisions to ensure the company’s success and profitability, overseeing our business processes across legal, HR, finance, personnel and marketing. Kayleigh can visualise how a user will interact with a complex website or piece of software before it’s been built, identifying areas for improvement and making our solutions as robust as possible.

Joanna is our graphic design specialist who excels in multiple design disciplines. With over 10 years’ experience, she continuously delivers beautiful, functional designs across e-learning, UX/UI, presentations and more. Оleg is our go-to website developer. He has been a full-stack developer and back-end engineer for the past seven years and his passion lies in programming. Fully embracing the remote freelance lifestyle, Oleg works for us part time and in his free time you’ll find him doing dad things and roaming around coffee shops.
